Personal use only

  • If you want to use Mint Maths in a school, tutoring, or commercial setting, you must contact ILS directly to discuss licensing.
Cancellation
  • You can cancel within 14 days of purchase, unless you’ve already accessed the course.
  • Refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee.
Passwords
  • Keep your login details safe.
  • You are responsible for any activity under your account.
Changes
  • We may update Mint Maths to reflect new laws or technical improvements.
Law
  • This agreement is governed by UK law.
  • You can bring proceedings in England & Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland depending on where you live.‍

Ownership and trademarks
  • ‍Mint Maths (also referred to as Mint) is the property and invention of Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd.
  • The name Intelligent Learning Solutions and associated logo are registered trademarks of ILS.
  • All intellectual property rights in Mint Maths, including course materials, software, and design, remain the exclusive property of ILS.
Definitions
  • “We”, “our” and “us” refer to Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd.
  • “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing or using Mint Maths via our website(s) or services.
What is in this Agreement?

This Agreement sets out the terms governing your use of Mint Maths, including:

  • Standards of conduct when accessing or interacting with our site.
  • Subscription terms for Mint Maths software and courses.
  • Intellectual property and copyright protections.
  • Your rights and responsibilities as a user.

BY USING MINT MATHS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

If you do not agree, you must not use Mint Maths or any related services.

Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time to reflect changes in the law, regulation, or our services.

Continued use of Mint Maths after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Users resident in England and Wales agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Users resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.‍

Subscription Terms‍

Legal Agreement

These Subscription Terms form part of the User Agreement between you (the “User”) and Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd (“ILS”), the owner and operator of Mint Maths (“Mint”). By purchasing or accessing Mint Maths, you agree to these Subscription Terms.‍

Ownership
  • Mint Maths is the property and invention of Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd.
  • You are granted a licence to use Mint Maths; ownership of the software remains with ILS at all times.
  • The software is provided for domestic, private, and personal use only.
Scope of Subscription
  • Annual Subscription: Your subscription provides unlimited web-based access to the course(s) purchased for a period of one (1) year from acceptance of these terms. Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the subscription period unless renewed.
  • Monthly Subscription: Your subscription provides unlimited web‑based access to the purchased course(s) for the month paid. Access automatically ends at the conclusion of the paid month unless renewed.
  • Free Trial: We offer a free trial giving unlimited access to the content of three (3) topics for three (3) days. At the end of the trial period, access will automatically expire unless you choose to subscribe.

Mint Maths has not been developed to meet your individual requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure the facilities and functions described on our website meet your needs.

Restrictions

You must not:

  • Transfer, assign, or resell your subscription access.
  • Copy, rent, lease, loan, translate, adapt, vary, or modify the software.
  • Combine the software with other programs or incorporate it into another product.
  • Disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the software.
  • Provide access to the software to any other person.
  • Use the software in any commercial or educational environment outside of personal study.
  • Use the software as a teaching resource.

If you wish to use Mint Maths in a commercial setting or as a teaching resource, you must contact Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd directly (contact@ilsolutions.uk) to discuss licensing and permissions.

Security and Passwords
  • You are responsible for the security and proper use of your username and password.
  • Passwords must remain confidential and must not be shared.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your password has been compromised.
  • ILS accepts no liability for unauthorised use of your account.‍
Cancellation Rights
  • You may cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase (“cooling-off period”).
  • If you access or activate the course during this period, you acknowledge that service has begun and you lose the right to cancel.
  • Refunds are not available once the course has been accessed.
  • Cancellations within the cooling-off period are subject to a 20% administration fee, deducted from any refund due.‍
Termination

ILS may terminate your registration or deny access to Mint Maths at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Changes to the Product

We may update Mint Maths to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, or to implement technical improvements. These changes will not materially affect your use of the product.

Service Availability

We will provide access to Mint Maths until your subscription expires. If service is disrupted by events outside our control, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to restore access promptly.

Disputes and Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Users in England and Wales agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  • Users in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.‍

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • ‍‍All intellectual property rights in Mint Maths (also referred to as Mint), including its software, design, course materials, and related content, belong exclusively to Intelligent Learning Solutions Ltd (“ILS”).‍
  • Mint Maths is the property and invention of ILS. You are granted a licence to use the software solely for domestic, private, and personal study purposes.
  • You have no intellectual property rights in the software or course materials accessed via our website.
  • You do not have the right to access the software in source code form.‍
